Funeral AI provides software that helps funeral homes manage cases and helps families share information, photos, and memories. By using it you agree to these terms.

The service

Funeral homes are our customers and control their own data, cases, and family relationships. Families use the service at the invitation of their funeral home. AI features draft, extract, and suggest — a human at the funeral home reviews and approves anything that matters, and nothing here is legal, medical, or financial advice. Death certificates prepared here are worksheets; official filing happens with your state.

Your content

Photos, videos, recordings, and documents you upload remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display them for the service's purpose — preparing memorial materials and funeral records. Recordings of arrangement conferences are made only with consent.

Payment

Fees are agreed with the funeral home. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.
